Erasmus+ verkefnið DISCOVER AND EMPOWER

Mímir og fimm samstarfsaðilar frá Litháen, Króatíu, Spáni, Ítalíu og Búlgaríu eru nú þátttakendur í spennandi Erasmus+ verkefni. Verkefnið, sem kallast DISCOVER AND EMPOWER, felur í sér stuðning við ungt fólk á aldrinum 25-40 ára, oft nefnt GEN Y, til að hjálpa þeim að greina eigin styrkleika, áhugasvið og gildi, kanna starfsmöguleika, byggja upp sjálfstraust og þróa þá hæfni sem er nauðsynleg til að auka atvinnufærni og ná starfsmarkmiðum.
