The course for bouncers is held in collaboration with Reykjavik City and the Metropolitan Police, which ensures its reliability. The course is designed to strengthen participants in various aspects of their work.

To complete the course and gain your qualification, a minimum attendance of 80% is required. This ensures you get the most out of your studies and are well-prepared for the job.

The course is intended for people working as bouncers, as well as those who intend to work as bouncers. Additionally, the course is suitable for:

Hotel staff who want to increase their awareness and skills in the field of security.

People who work in security for shops and companies who want to improve their skills in the field of security.

You can apply for a temporary licence as soon as you are registered for a course. This makes it easier for you to start working as a bouncer earlier.

In addition to the course, the following conditions must be met to apply for a licence:

Be at least Twenty years old.

Have not been convicted of a violent or drug offence in the last five years.
