Mímis human resources consist of a strong team of staff and contractors who deliver the professional work carried out at Mímí. Mímis's operations are divided into two main areas: the Education and Development area, and the Finance and Operations area. Mímir also has a strong network of contacts with teachers and other specialists in the labour market who teach various courses and programmes on a contract basis.
The board of Mímir consists of five main members and three substitutes. The board is nominated by the Executive Board of the ASÍ and elected at the company's annual general meeting, held in May. The board operates in accordance with the Act on Private Limited Companies No. 138/1994. The Managing Director is Sólveig Hildur Björnsdóttir, who manages the day-to-day operations.
