Agreement for a Loaned Education Director
Today, an agreement for a seconded Training Manager was signed between Mímir, the Association of Icelandic Mountain Guides, and the Staff Fund for Trade and Office Workers, which is funding the project along with Starfsafl.
Mímir will carry out analytical work for Icelandic Mountain Guides and set up an educational programme in collaboration with the company.
In such projects, a consultant is seconded to a company to review its education and training matters. He highlights what is being done well, deepens the analysis of the company's needs and coordinates with other courses.
A Loaned Educational Manager is a results-oriented tool that aims to coordinate and utilise existing solutions, whether within companies and/or at centres for continuing education or other educational providers.
