We're tidying up!

These days, every corner of Mímir is being rummaged through with the aim of tidying up and disposing of what is no longer used. The clear-out is part of an effort to make the workplace even more environmentally friendly, a goal Mímir set for itself two years ago.

Mímir has a long history and its operations have undergone significant changes during that time. During the clear-out, various interesting items were discovered which shed light on Mímir's diverse activities over the years, e.g. helmets used on a course in underground technology, projectors that would be right at home in the Museum of London, slide projectors, cassette decks, art supplies and other items used in Mímir's leisure courses when they were running. All of this is being sent for recycling to Sorpa, along with a vast number of books and teaching materials that are no longer needed.

A minimalist lifestyle is said to be one of the best ways to be environmentally friendly today. We are convinced that a new, eco-friendly lifestyle is not only good for the planet and the wallet, but also for ourselves and the workplace.
