A festival day in Mímis
It is a great day of celebration for the staff at Mímis today, as the quarantine groups were reunited after almost a year. Staff were divided into two quarantine groups at the start of the first wave of Covid-19, and care was taken to ensure the groups did not meet, taking turns to work one week and be at home or at Höfðabakka 9 the next. There was great joy in the group, although hugging was not yet permitted. Individual safety precautions will continue to be observed, such as maintaining social distancing, washing hands and sanitising.
