Mímir is a leading centre for lifelong learning that provides quality education for a diverse student body. As a Project Manager, you will be involved in creating learning opportunities and developing an effective learning environment for adult learners. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects aimed at maximising a positive student learning experience and enabling them to grow and flourish.

Key responsibilities and duties

Organisation and administration of courses and projects
Customer relations and workplace presentations
Working on innovation and development projects (international, national and in-house)
Working on presentations
Teamwork

Educational and competency requirements

B.A. in Icelandic as a Second Language/Foreign Languages/Pedagogy or another relevant qualification.
Very good Icelandic (B1<) and English skills, other language skills an advantage.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A rich service spirit
Initiative, progressiveness and solution-oriented thinking
Great interest in technological innovations
Can work independently and as part of a team
Has a positive effect on workplace culture

Education and qualification requirements

BA in Icelandic as a Second Language/Languages/Teaching preferred or similar education
Icelandic (B1<) and English proficiency, other languages are a plus
Good communicator with bespoke customer service
Initiative and a can-do attitude
Loves new technologies
Can work independently and in a team
