The WOW-E project under Erasmus+

An exciting Erasmus+ project is underway between Mími and five partners from Germany, Finland, France and Portugal. The project is called WOMEN'S OPPORTUNITIES FOR WORK AND EDUCATION, or WOW-E. The project's target group is women of foreign origin with little formal education, advisers who work with immigrants, and staff from human resources departments within companies.

The project addresses the challenges faced by women of foreign origin in Europe and aims to support them in realising their dreams in relation to employment and educational opportunities. Two pilot groups in each country have gone through the WOW-e course. The project's output is an action framework, a knowledge bank and a toolkit for participants, advisors and businesses.
