BAUHAUS staff at a leadership course
A leadership course for BAUHAUS staff was recently held at Mími, delivered in three modules of two days each. The third module concluded on 13 and 14 January.
The aim of the course is to increase the knowledge and skills of managers to shape a company culture that promotes the well-being of staff. The emphasis is also on participants gaining an overview of management and leadership theory, as well as familiarising themselves with methods that strengthen equality in the workplace, team cohesion and teamwork.
The BAUHAUS staff have now completed this course and we sincerely congratulate them on this achievement. We look forward to seeing its positive impact and success in the future.
