Annual General Meeting 2020

„Mímis's good results are first and foremost thanks to its strong and ambitious staff, as well as our dedicated teachers and students“, says Sólveig Hildur Björnsdóttir, Managing Director of Mímir, in the organisation's 2019 annual report, which she presented at the organisation's general meeting, held online on Wednesday, 27 May. 

Following the meeting, a new board took office, comprising Eyrún Björk Valsdóttir from ASÍ, who is also the chair of the board, Sólveig Lilja Snæbjörnsdóttir, vice-chair, from VR, Ragnar Ólason from Efling, Lilja Sæmundsdóttir from FHS, and Eyþór Árnason from the Hlíf Trade Union. The alternate members are Ingibjörg Ósk Birgisdóttir from VR, Hilmar Harðarson from Samiðn and Sólveig Anna Jónsdóttir from Efling. Guðrún Ágústa Guðmundsdóttir from ASÍ stepped down from the board, and she was thanked for her excellent work on behalf of Mímir.
