Mímir's Annual General Meeting 2022
„Two things have stood out in Mímis's activities during this eventful year,“ said Sólveig Hildur Björnsdóttir, Managing Director of Mímir, as she presented the organisation's annual report for 2021 at Mímis's annual general meeting, which took place today, 7 June 2022. „On the one hand, safety and quality matters, with the associated audits and accreditations which lay the foundation for Mímis's work. On the other hand, Mími's measures regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, severe weather and natural disasters, where the staff once again showed resourcefulness in customer service under constantly changing and challenging circumstances.“
„Looking back on 2021, gratitude is foremost in my mind. The teachers and students of Mímis showed great patience with the disruption to learning and teaching due to public health restrictions. At the same time, we have received positive feedback on new technological solutions, which is also reflected in increased usage.“
For the third time, Mímir received the Creditinfo award for an outstanding company in 2021, and for the fourth consecutive year, it met the strict criteria of Viðskiptablaðið and Keldan to be named a model company in 2021. Only 2-3% of all active companies in Iceland receive these awards each year.
„As I thank the board of Mímir for our collaboration this year, I would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Mímir for the diligence and dedication they showed during the challenging year that 2021 was. I have every confidence that Mímir has a bright future with such a strong team of staff leading the way,“ said Sólveig Hildur.
„We now look to brighter times, building the future on the continuous development of our operations in step with innovation, as well as the rich human resources of Mímir. Together, we are a driving force for good,“ said Sólveig Hildur.
