Certificate from preschool workshop and Icelandic 2
On Wednesday, 5th June, 20 students graduated from Kindergarten workshop and Icelandic 2. There was great fanfare and joy at the graduation.
In the nursery workshop, participants gained a good insight into the working methods, procedures and practices of nursery education in Iceland. In addition, there were creative workshops which focused on the use of music in nursery education, outdoor teaching, sports and arts activities. The participants also learnt Icelandic, with a focus on vocabulary for working with children, on the course.
„Yes, I would recommend this course to others. It is a very good foundation for working with children in nurseries or primary schools and has prepared me to understand and shape teaching that encourages the children's creative thinking,“ says Juraté, a former student on the course.
