BAUHAUS staff at a leadership course

A leadership course for staff has started at Mímir. BAUHAUS, with the aim of supporting managers and enhancing their ability to build a positive company culture. The course is structured in three modules, two days at a time, and the second module concluded on the 16th and 17th of September.

The aim of the course is to enhance the knowledge and skills of managers to shape a company culture that promotes the well-being of staff. Emphasis is also placed on participants gaining an overview of management and leadership theory, as well as familiarising themselves with methods that strengthen equality in the workplace, team cohesion and teamwork.

We at Mímir are proud to take part in this important project and look forward to seeing the results when the course concludes.
