BAUHAUS staff complete the fourth and final session of a leadership course at Mími
Mímis recently completed the final of four modules in the BAUHAUS leadership programme for managers, which has been running since 2024.
The aim of the course was to support managers and enhance their ability to build a positive company culture that promotes employee well-being. The emphasis was on participants gaining an overview of management and leadership theory, as well as learning methods that strengthen equality in the workplace and foster team spirit and teamwork.
The fourth session focused specifically on change management and how managers can effectively lead teams through change. Participants were introduced to practical tools for analysing, planning and implementing changes, and the importance of clear communication, trust and collaboration in change processes was also discussed.
The BAUHAUS staff have now completed this ambitious course and we sincerely congratulate them on their achievement.
We at Mímir are proud of the collaboration and look forward to seeing the positive impact of the course on the company's management and team culture in the future.
The collaboration between Mími and BAUHAUS has been successful, based on a mutual desire to enhance the company's work culture and professional strength. The partnership is a good example of how targeted training can have a real and positive impact on the workplace.
