Environmental issues
Mímir has recently introduced a new waste sorting system in the student area and the staff canteen. Plastic, cardboard, paper, deposit-return packaging and organic waste are now sorted separately. Plastic cups have also been replaced with more environmentally friendly paper cups in the student area.
It is important that everyone, staff, students and teachers, works together on this collaborative project. The bins are clearly labelled and instructions will also be put up beside them.
